i will not sign this online petition till the day saudi arabia will allow people to build churches, temples and synagogues, let alone mega places of worship. muslims love to enjoy the freedom they have in the west to do all they can, but not allow the same freedom to people of other faiths in Saudi Arabia. Period.

Ditto to Anonymous #1. It is quite a bit hypocritical to demand religious freedom for one's own religion, but deny it for all others. Why shouldn't there be islamophobia in Britain, when the idea of tolerance and REAL peace is not shared in both directions?
I also would never sign this petition.
I will have to agree with the anonymous commentors as well. First off, why post an online petition thing on a completely unrelated post. That shows a sign of desperation to get people to sign up for a petition. Aren't you getting enough people to sign on? Do you really have to go on and post such a link to people's blog this way?
Secondly, I am also not too happy with Muslims making a hue and cry to build mega mosques in other countries, and yet not allow the others to do the same in their own homeland. This attitude reeks of hypocrisy. Period.

Yes, it's a good song.. and I remember when Elliot Yamin sang this song on Idol last year..and after his performance Simon said he needed to "go home." Lol.

haha..i can't imagine elliot singing this wonderful song. i think i missed that episode. i have seen a lot of singers on american idol ruining classic songs.
