Hi friends,
I finally managed to get my profile picture up there. UAE blocks all the pictures when Hello/ Picassa is used, for reasons beyond my comprehension. Numerous emails to Etisalat, the sole telecom and internet provider, proved to be fruitless. My friends here in Dubai could not see my pictures, so I decided to try this Flickr thing, and it finally worked!! Which is why you see my over-excited moods up above! I can even see my own profile picture!
So, I have finally done what I had been meaning to do for a while. I was somewhat unsure of putting my picture up. The last thing I want is for the Saudi authorities to come grab me, accuse me of causing unrest in society, have me jailed for no reason and then deportation! Well, I doubt that would happen ever, because I don't go over-board with my posts. So, now you all know my face! Surprise! =)
Gosh, now that I have finally figured out this photo things, I will be soon be posting more pictures up!

Hey you two anonymouses,
I fail to see why you guys are fighting over this. If my favorite blog is Xena's World, why are you two so agitated about it. If anything, the two of you, whoever you are should apologize to one another. I have never had such comments like this before. I also don't appreciate the tone and words used here. But since I believe in freedom of speech, I will let these silly and useless comments stay here.

Yes, I still believe in Freedom of Speech. Certainly there are limits to everything. I would find it offensive if someone insults my faith, but then, I would take the opportunity to exercise my freedom to talk back. As it is, there are people who exercise their freedom to express themselves when they burn American flags. So if that is acceptable to the people in this part of the world, why isn't it acceptable to them when they get a same response from the West! It's worse to not speak out than to be able to speak out. As it is, there are good and bad things with everything in this world. My desire for freedom of speech comes out from my time in Saudi where there was hardly any freedom of speech. It's not because I think its cool! lol!!

In a Muslim country there are certian things people cant be left to openly talk about
