I got George Foreman's Lean Mean Fat Grilling Machine-- the baby version. I already grilled hamburger patties, hot dogs and chicken skewers on it. This machine is a grilling machine, and the grills are set at a slope. While the food is being grilled, the excess fat and oil is grilled out and slides down into the collecting tray. So, in other words, the grilled food is drained away of the excess fat. I think its an awesome thing, and sometimes does better cooking than the microwave. Like today, I grilled halloumi (goat) cheese and it was pure delicacy!

Mansur - I have a george foreman grill also. They are awesome. I love mine ! I have made salmon, chicken, hamburgers and even grilled cheese sandwiches. They are really very handy. Welcome to the world of indoor bbq :)

the grease is actually very easy to clean. I just take the sponge, wash it, and let the water and soap and the dirt drip into the collecting tray. That easy!
